I am keen to share my wealth of experience in the industry. Following intensive training in 2012 until now, I can apply these methods as a mediator as well as employing a number of different coaching methods.

Every theoretical method is only as good as it suits. Tools of mediation, moderation & coaching can lead to solutions, if a full mediation process is not applicable Specific combinations of mediation & coaching, with only one of the parties present, can also lead to conflict resolutions, when meeting with the sparing partner is not possible.

The virtual communication environment is well experienced for me.
Of course, we all know, meeting in person will always be different, but sometimes during a conflict a little bit of personal distance can even help.
So I am fully convinced that conflicts cared for via serious-taken virtual meetings can resolve the reasons and reach for an improved communication and cooperation.
